Where can you deliver flowers?

We deliver flowers locally in Las Vegas, Henderson, and Boulder City. Please visit our Order Flowers page, or reach out via email or phone if you’d like something custom.

Can you ship me fresh flowers?

Sadly no, we don’t ship fresh flowers out of state.

What size will my arrangement be?

We don’t base our arrangements off of a specific size measurement. Flowers come in different sizes and arrangements will vary. Pricing reflects the types of flowers used.

How will I know when the flowers are delivered?

We will update you when flowers leave our studio and once flowers are delivered.

How long will my flowers last?

Your flowers will last a minimum of 48 hours, and can live up to 5 days dependent on flower type and proper care. We are devoted to providing you with the freshest flowers from our markets every week.

How can I keep my flowers alive?

Keep flowers in a cool area and out of direct sunlight. You MUST add fresh cold water daily to keep the flowers alive. You can pull out wilting stems to allow the lively blooms to hydrate and thrive. Flowers are extremely delicate and have a short life span. They need proper attention and care to make their beauty last as long as possible! Flowers are not meant to last forever - that is the beauty of it all.

What if my flowers die in under 48 hours?

Sometimes, things happen. Please reach out to us within the time window and provide a photo. We will send you a replacement!

Does this lifespan apply to wedding bouquets?

No! Wedding bouquets are meant to last through the duration of your ceremony. They are held outside of water and wilt quicker.

How do I order flowers for my wedding, elopement, or event?

Can we set up a meeting to go over my vision?

Yes! If you select “Phone Consultation” we will set up a call to chat more details. If you prefer email, that is also an option.

Can I see a photo of what my flowers will look like?

We cannot provide an exact photo of the flowers before they are made. It will reflect the overall vision and color palette from your mood board. If you’d like a photo once it’s completed, feel free to ask!

Do you do mock ups?

Yes we do! Mock ups can be made to visualize the concept. We do charge for mock ups, as we have to purchase the flowers to make them. Mock ups are reserved for clients with a budget 10K or higher.

When and where will my flowers be delivered?

We will set up a delivery time window and location with you. We will contact you when the flowers are en route!

How can I keep my wedding bouquet as fresh as possible?

Keep your bouquet in the provided vase of water when not in use. Keep out of hot cars and areas out of direct sunlight. There is also a care card included with your bouquet with these tips.

Do you make the bouquets &altar flowers for Sure Thing Chapel?

Yes, we do!

Can I customize my flowers after ordering with Sure Thing?

No, you cannot make any customizations to your bouquet once ordered through the chapel.

What will my bouquet look like that I ordered?

For Sure Thing, the bouquet is made with red and pink reflexed roses with draping tulle and ribbon.

For Sure Thing Too, the bouquet is made with pink reflexed roses with draping tulle and ribbon.

Can I see a photo of the bouquet?

There are photo examples on their Website and Instagram.

When and where to I get my bouquet?

Your flowers will be in the chapel’s flower cooler upon your arrival.
